Click on the green button above and fill out the registration form. The details you enter will be used to place you in the correct age group category for the results leaderboard. You can also represent your own running club, by entering your club name.

Once your Garmin is connected we can send you our VRun5 race timer to your Garmin calendar that will countdown your 5k as you run. We have a step by step easy set up video to show you exactly what to do to connect.

Run 5k on Saturday

You can run your 5k at any time on Saturday, but please sync your watch before midnight (GMT) so your time can qualify for our international leaderboard

Once you've sync'd your watch, your results will be displayed here. Completing your 5k is a great acheivement in itself , but given Age groups are just 1 year apart, you have a great opportunity to compete with runners of the same age should you want to.

Run 5 Virtual is every Saturday, so once you've participated and set yourself a benchmark time, practicing running in the week will help bring your time down. Sesions are available from VRun Club, if you want to train effectively to beat your 5k PB.
